I was born and raised in Orange County, California where I have always had a passion for the ocean and surfing.  I'm married with a wife and three kids who you've probably seen sneak into my content.  We enjoy traveling and spending time at the beach together.  

I shaped my first surfboard in 2010 and am self-taught.  Over the years, I've learned how to shape, glass and repair surfboards.  I started out in a greenhouse tent inside my garage and have graduated to a shipping container in my backyard. 

I love surfing, working with my hands and making videos.  Bendheim Boards is my creative outlet to fuel these passions.  This is not my full-time job, just a side hobby.  I've only shaped around 25 boards and my goal isn't to make and sell a high volume of surfboards but rather to continue this hobby that I love and share the process.  The boards I sell help fund my costs so if you'd like to order one, please email me.
